Natural Health has been my passion for most of my life. I was very unhealthy as a child and teenager and even diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome(CFS). I had no concept of healthy eating or self care. I started working as a professional model and began learning what being healthy and caring for ones own body and health was all about. As soon as I started making healthier choices, my health improved immensely and I no longer had CFS. I have learned so many little and big ways to improve ones life. I look forward to sharing with you!
